Christopher
Fanta
Chris has been a real estate investment professional for over 20 years. With a broad range of strategic and financial consulting, he has a breadth of experience in property and portfolio analysis, real estate finance, and real estate investing. Chris has worked with investment banks, institutional investors and individual investors. Chris brings his relationships with multiple banks seeking to liquidate aged assets and foreclosure properties. Chris has experience in dealing with underwater properties with lien and title issues. It is this combined set of skills that will give FMF the opportunity to purchase properties not available to the public. When not investing in real estate, he also runs a sports agency that specializes in representing baseball players. He is a certified agent with the MLBPA. Chris is married with three daughters.

Partner
David Murray
David has a background in investing and capital management. He currently runs two commodity hedge funds. He began writing algorithms and trading strategies in 2001 while working for a proprietary trading firm. In 2007, he started his own operation seeking inefficiencies in inter market relationships. Over the last ten years, David has continued to add new algorithms to his strategy and seeks out mathematical opportunities when there is a lack of exposure to market spreads. David brings his investing, math skills and portfolio management to FMF to offer diversity to his current and new client base. David is married with three children.

James Finley
Jim spearheaded a start-up design/build contracting firm and acted as President/CEO for over two decades. Through this experience, he honed the skills of general management, contract negotiation, acquisitions, team building, financial planning, sales tracking, marketing, branding, recruiting and training team members. Jim successfully managed over 30 employees in different verticals such as accounting, sales, project management, design and budgeting. Jim was the head of design and sales manager throughout his career and continually exceeded personal and team sales goals by 15-20%. Jim sold his company in 2016 to seek new opportunities in real estate investing and emerging markets. He is happily married with two kids and plays a very active role in their athletics and education.
