FMF Capital is a real estate acquisition company that acquires bank owned residential real estate from traditional and non-traditional relationship sales outlets.  Through long standing relationships with several key banks, FMF will have the opportunity to purchase aged assets from banks looking to liquidate bad debt.  Due to lien or title issues, FMF will have the ability to acquire these properties for deep discounts.  Properties purchased are vacant, occupied and title curative.  The due diligence and loss mitigation performed on the potential assets identifies the risk and reward for the product.  Some properties will be acquired through bulk sales, while others will be purchased as individual investments.  After carefully reviewing the scope of the investment, FMF will determine a strategy to list it for resale or renovate and market.
